Principal Engineer Gregory Morse, P.E. provided consulting services to the Town of Scituate Housing Authority to determine the feasibility and potential for development of their “Parcel 3” property.  Due dilligence included performing a topographical and boundary survey of the site, wetlands delineation, review of applicable zoning bylaw requirements, excavation and analysis of 7 on-site test pits and preparation of a Conceptual Design Plan showing the potential for development.  (Services provided by Gregory Morse during previous employment).
